Cancellation Policy

To secure an appointment we require a card on file. CANCELLATION: We require at least 24 hour notice for any clients that need to cancel or reschedule. If you cannot provide this notice it will result in a 50% fee of the total service cost from the card left on file. EARLY/LATENESS: Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are late to your appointment, it may result in a service modification or cancellation. If your appointment is canceled due to lateness, it will result in a 50% fee of the total service cost to the card on file. NO SHOW: If you do not show up for your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the total cost of service. SALON CANCELLATION: (Due to staff member’s illnesses or unforeseen circumstances) We reserve the right to cancel an appointment. If that were to happen, we will reach out to you and give you the option to reschedule for a different day. NOTE: Please note that prices may vary depending on the duration and details included in the service.
